In loving memory of my dear friend and skilled woodworker, Francisco Robles, who departed a year ago unexpectedly.

Francisco was integral to my artistic process, providing wooden canvases, and expertly framing and varnishing my works over two decades. A genuine artist and friend, Francisco's craft shaped my creativity. To honor him, our fellow woodworker friend, Dave Craig, crafted a beautiful box for his ashes out of curly maple wood. Francisco cherished my underwater art, especially octopuses and jellyfish. This box is a tribute to his wisdom and companionship, adorned with these creatures that reflect our shared experiences.
